What poor form. I had the back door handle fall off my Nissan and went to see what could be done about it. The service consultant agreed to have it repaired but needed it for the day. So I made arrangemnts to be without the car for the day and they kept the car for 5. The day before I picked it up I was told i would be up for a couple of hundred dollars. When I arrived to pick it up I was told I had to pay $383 to collect the car. Suddenly a $0 bill went from a couple of hundred dollars to $383. Since then the manager, even the dealer principal agreed to refund part of the bill but haven't seen a cent.
Whenever I try to speak to the manager, he is away sick, called away on an emergency etc.
It's not the first time either. Last time i serviced my car they tried to stitch me up with a speeding fine on the loan car 2 weeks after the date I had used it. Thank goodness that was resolved a little easier. read more
