***WARNING*** These guys were great up until the point of…read morepreforming the work. Josh seemed to be a nice guy in the beginning. Day 1 they had a crew of around 8 guys to install sheet rock. Day 2 only two guys showed up and the first thing that came out of their mouth was wow I have never done this before. Over the next few days they did horrible work, we had to keep showing them what to do. We would inform their supervisor Joe that this is not escapable work please fix this. We had this conversation almost every day and nothing different would happen. Instead, he got mad at us for taking up his time. Very poor management. They got about 1/4 of the way through the project and demanded more money, they already had half down and we said no, you are only 1/4 of the way done. After that they pulled off the job and would not communicate at all with us. They came back to the job a few days later to grab their equipment and they took all the other contractors' ladders and scaffold ect. We had to get the sheriff involved. Long story short, this company was a nightmare, and I hope nobody else has to go through what we did with these guys ***SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***

Thelen completed FOUR projects on my building totalling over $30,000. All bills were paid…read morepromptly. TWO of the projects were less than satisfactory. The mini split installation required almost $550 (out of my pocket) to local service contractors for modifactions over the next year to correct problems directly related to the Thelen installation. A zone heating modification never worked properly after a $2500 (paid) installation, Two Techs spent four hours reviewing the problem and stated that the system design was was incorrect. The system design was done by Thelen! I told this to the technitians. For this assesment I was billed $624! I refused to pay for this "trouble call" and told them so. The office/account manager then sent this bill to a collection agency. I documented all of the problems and expenses and provided it to the management who refused to discuss the issues until I paid the collection agency. Now I am dealing with a collection agency for a $624 bill after spending $30k here.
