I visited Nisswa Yoga during a trip to the nearby Grand View Lodge. Jennifer was amazing - I am a bit out of practice, but she was patient and showed me how to modify a few stances so I could have a more successful session. I took a "gentle yoga" class from Julie, who is very gentle, provides clear warm and soothing instruction at relaxing pace. Her experience and knowledge shines through. I was in town for two weeks on vacation and went to Nisswa Yoga five times. Jennifer and Dani were motivating, challenging, encouraging and welcoming. The weekday morning classes got me back into the yoga groove, and Saturday's fusion yoga+weights class with Dani was unlike anything I've ever done - it was undeniably tough, but I walked out feeling strong! The classes were small, the studio pristine and their choice of current, occassionally pop-y music in the background kept the vibe upbeat and light. I live near Nisswa and found Nisswa Yoga last winter. I'm AMAZED! After being a little out of practice for a few years, I was able to get right back into shape. Instructors are great! I had the opportunity to visit this studio on a recent trip up to my cabin and it was an excellent experience!! I was really happy to see Yoga making its way up to Nisswa and can't think of a better way to enjoy my vacation than an inspiring and challenging yoga class and the good news is that Nisswa Yoga had many options to choose from! The studio has a very nice atmosphere and I found it very clean and inviting. The best part was the owners who are also the main instructors at the studio. Both Dani and Jennifer were extremely warm and friendly, very attentive and clearly very passionate about their business and their clients. I highly recommend this studio and promise you won't be disappointed!
