They cleaned the units from the top of the roof to the bottom. They cleaned the eaves over the front doors. Most buildings had algae on them some worse than the others. When I met Owen and Ryan I told them I would be their best friend or worst nightmare because I was the one to sign the contract so I expected great work. They were professional and worked so hard for two days to clean these two story buildings. They did an awesome job. When they were done they asked me if I was their best friend or worst enemy. Their crew also used our personal electricity and water without our permission, and we received no advance notice that the work was being performed that day. Even more concerning, the bleach/chlorine-based cleaning solution was drawn into our home through our running HVAC system, leaving a chemical odor throughout the house. When I reported the electrical damage, I was told I would need to hire and pay for an electrician myself. I requested a resolution and insurance information and have yet to receive a return call. Property damage can happen. What matters is how a company responds when it does. Unfortunately, the response and lack of follow-up have been the most disappointing part of this experience.
