I wish I could post the screen shot here of the message I got to my cell phone. It said " I hope you get the day you deserve you miserable bitc*h" Over asking her to call a different number, two separate times, nicely. Was not mad about it at all. These guys came out and found the problem, replaced the siding in a very professional manner, and corrected the downspout issue so that it feeds directly into the gutter. When they noticed that there was a greater degree of damage than initially identified, they were honest about it and gave me a new reasonable quote. They went above and beyond. If I could give zero stars I would. I have windows installed in 2022 this company says they back their installation for 5 years and I'm also supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the product itself. Patio door window started leaking 11 days ago when we got the crazy rain. Reached out to James who is the owner of the company. He tells me he is going to come out and he never shows up, texts, calls. My last two messages to him have gone completely un-answered. I had a private contractor come out just to look and this was their findings: The nailing flange around the door and transom window they did not install flashing tape around the window or door. Also the j channel isn't caulked around the window or door preventing water from getting behind the siding. Also missing caulk or cracked along upper transom window. Then the trim that connects the transom to the door isn't sealed in left edge. For them to fix it they want $400. To me with those findings it is an install issue and since James won't even have the courtesy to come out, he doesn't care about the people who have already PAID a bunch of money for windows and doors. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and if I have to pay another person to fix their work, I will take them to small claims court. You spend $7,000 on windows and you don't expect to have to deal with this 2 years after they are installed. Extremely disappointed and disgusted on how this small business operates.

We contacted Supreme Windows about doing warranty work, and they were very responsive. Lazaro and his crew were sent out after another job that they had in the city. They were very professional and got right to work caulking and sealing the outside on the second and third levels. Then Lazaro caulked around the windows inside, and he was very thorough. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend Supreme Windows for window replacement.

I found JJ Construction through Yelp…read more I would highly recommend JJ Construction. They provided an honest quote. I actually went out and received 4 quotes. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.
