I called 24 hours later only to met by one of the rudest employees I've ever spoken. She claimed their driver did attempt to deliver them (however my entire family was at this house and OTHER companies were able to deliver flowers but mine never arrived.) At one point she said "the driver wouldn't drive to Washington Heights for nothing" as if that explained why they were not delivered or why no one informed me of this issue.
