I was able to work a payment plan out with her and upon receiving my first half she began the long process for me. It took over a year from start to finish but that is through no fault of her own. My ex-spouse took a while to sign the papers and then because I filed during covid-19 there were a backlog of cases so my case took forever and a day to reach before a judge. Today Ms.Montbach sent me the email I have been waiting for. I'm finally divorced! I imagine she has a lot of cases to handle so she does not really e-mail you updates unless there is something she needs from you but if you email her for an update she is very responsive!
