I filled in an online form requesting a free quote to paint my cinder block garage. An appointment was made. The person providing ghe quote arrived on time. We talked about the project, she put together a quote, and it was in the ballpark so I agreed. I paid my deposit then. I was assigned a project manager and an estimated date was provided for power washing the garage and then follow-up with the painting. When I asked about the employees- did they subcontract work - I was told if someone wasn't a company employee I wouldn't be able to tell. Everyone wears the same clothes and any extra hands have gone through the same training. They are expected to complete the work with the same standards as the employees. The power washing was completed quickly. I actually had a car in the driveway and asked if I should move it and was told it was okay. And it was! No damage to the car. The next day the project manager and I re-discussed the project before the painting started. I was asked if it was okay for them to use the hose to clean their equipment and I said it was fine. They put on two coats (air brushed and roller) of paint. Taped up the block glass window so it didn't get painted over. The lawn had a little paint on it where the equipment was cleaned. But it wasn't a lot and wasn't anything my dog could get into. Expectations were set and met! There was still a mostly full paint (Sherwin Williams brand) can leftover which they set aside for me. Payment was easily taken care of via a link sent to me. Unexpectedly, I received a handwritten thank you note a few weeks later. It's been about 4 months (with a season change) since the work was done. The paint is still bright and vibrant. read more

Terrible... paint on the hardwood floors, on the trim, no attention to detail. Emailed the owner numerous times in which when she finally responded, said the PM could handle it. So disappointing and expensive =( read more

The employees in our home were knowledgeable and did great, efficient work. However, some logistical issues and their handling of property damage have left us unwilling to use them for future home projects. A dumpster was left in our driveway during the project time, which we expected. However, we did not expect the dumpster to be left 4 days past the project completion date. Unfortunately, it was left over a long, rainy weekend which resulted in rust stains across our brand new driveway from where it was sitting and where it dripped as it was being pulled away. They did send a specialist out to address these stains but they weren't able to get most of them out after 6 hours of work. Jeremy offered to send a specialist out again to try another chemical on the concrete. This driveway is less than a year old, so we were not willing to add more chemicals and work to the driveway without working with the company who installed it. Jeremy insisted it would be fine and refused to compensate us for damage. He also claimed that not all of the rust stains were from them, which is simply not true. He has since stopped replying to our communication, so we are cutting our losses. We would have been a little more understanding if this damage occurred during the project time and/or if Jeremy was willing to discuss compensation rather than throwing more chemicals at it. While we love our new floors, unfortunately our driveway is now likely permanently stained due to them using our driveway as dumpster storage over a long rainy weekend. We were told that they'd come get it the day after the project was completed if their baseball games were cancelled, so it appears that these games took priority over moving their heavy equipment off our property. The interior work was amazing and we were hoping to use this company for some interior painting jobs in the future. However, their handling of this situation has us looking for another company to help with our painting.

When the estimator came out I told them I wanted walls and doors all painted the same color. I received the estimate and it had a different paint listed for the doors. I asked why it was different and he explained that it was just a different finish but still the same color. It wasn't. He had the doors quoted as a completely different color so when he finally corrected the issue the original estimate went up in price even though that's what I requested in the first place. I still proceeded with the project and the day they were supposed to start (I was told 9 am) he didn't show up. I called the office and they reached out and said he was running late and would be there by 11. When he arrived he immediately apologized and said he had a family issue which is completely understandable but a phone call would have helped. He started the work and I left him to do his business but at one point I noticed he went out to his truck and didn't come back in the house for an extended period of time. I happened to look out the window and noticed he was spraying my driveway with a hose. I went outside to see what was going on and he spilled a can of paint in my driveway. I didn't complain but he immediately apologized and said he was going to request a discount for being late and the paint spill. The job was finished in two days and the quality of work was acceptable but again it was the poor communication. The office contacted me the following Monday to ask about the experience and I told them everything that happened and I was told a discount would be requested on my behalf. Again this discount was offered to me, I never requested anything but the office responded that he was within the designated arrival time and they would only apply a discount if the paint couldn't be cleaned from the driveway. This is not what he told me and if he didn't have the authority to offer discounts to customers he shouldn't have made the comment in the first place.

In pursuit of a squirrel, my cat pushed through a tiny hole in my upstairs bathroom screen, until only the rounded curve of his back, his legs and tail were on the inside of the screen. A funny sight, but, of course, now, from the second floor, the huge, gaping hole posed a danger, not to mention which my Landlord would probably not be too happy to find this now huge hole! Only 9 miles from the center of Hilltop, where I live, and 5 miles from Drexel in Bexley, they are very conveniently located. Usually, they make home visits to clean windows, pressure wash homes and roofs, clean concrete, clean decks, clean dryer vents, and repair and replace screens, among other cleaning and repair type services. In this case, I took my screen window to them. They are a small business, I believe they are family-owned, they provide extremely competitive and reasonable quotes, and they care about their customers. Micrin, the owner, heads a bright, engaging team of employees. Carmen and Deidre were the two who helped me. They are proud of the quality of their work!
