Near the end of November 2017, I called Sid for a quote to paint the exterior of our home and utility shed as there was a week of great weather in the forecast - sunny, dry, and 50+ F temps. He visited later that same day and walked around the house and shed with me to discuss the project. A few hours later, Sid emailed me a competitive quote so I pursued the project with his company. The next day he arrived early in the morning with his crew. They spent the first day power washing everything and doing a lot of scraping. The next several days they scraped more old paint off, taped windows, and fixed stucco. Then, once the home was thoroughly cleaned and prepped, they painted for the next four to five days - even over the weekend as the weather was still perfect! They put on two coats on everything, and three coats on the utility shed as it needed more work than the house. Things were looking so good we added on the privacy fence around the patio to the overall project. They brought back the power washer and prepped the fence, then painted it over the next few days. Sid made numerous trips to the paint store to get the colors just right and showed us sample areas on the side of the house to make sure we liked it. All told, they got this massive job done in 8 days and finished a day before the cold, wintery weather arrived - perfect timing! The 50-year old home now looks brand new! Sid was referred to us by a family friend and I think that couldn't be more of a testament to our experience. Sid came by last fall to develop a plan with us and from the moment he came by, he treated us like he'd known us for years. He listened to our ideas and offered his insight. A couple of weeks ago, Sid reached out directly to let us know that our house was coming up soon. They came out the next week, power washed everything in just a few hours. Sid and his crew managed to turn our eye sore of a Pixar blue house into a timeless look in literally less than a work day. He also cleaned out our gutters, fixed/replaced some of the wood paneling that was either starting to degrade or was scratched up, etc. On top of all that, he offered to install gutter guards to all of our gutters too. My experience with Sid and his crew is one I had to share for those looking to get any Exterior house painting work done. You can tell this crew has been around for a while and are Stucco experts. Sid was VERY easy to work with and I enjoyed my interactions with him as he always had my best interest top of mind.. you can tell this guy cares about his finished product. We needed the stucco repaired on the outside of our house. With the weather changing I was anxious to get it done. I called several companies to come out for estimates. When I called Sid he answered right away and told me Tom (who does the stucco) would call me that day. Not only did Tom call me (it was Friday afternoon), he said he would be out the next day and he was. When he came, he saw what needed done and gave me an estimate on the spot. We had numerous boards around our windows that were rotted, some pressed wall boards that needed to be painted and some water issues in our bay window. Sid took the time to evaluate each issue and offer solid solutions. I'm in the process of selling my home and during the buyer's home inspection, they found that the chimney had mortar cracks and the brick needed to be cleaned and sealed for the request to remedy. Since the process of resolving this was only a couple of weeks, I asked Mr. Meisner if he could do the work on a short notice. Him and his business partner made time during their weekend shortly after to do the repairs. They did a great job and beat the price from another estimate that I had got from a different company.
