I ended up dealing with the manuafacturer in Florida myself and after I told them the troubleshooting I had performed, they instantly sent me a replacement amplifier which fixed the problem / installed myself because I was not returning to Jackson Hole Tint and Sound. I hope this review helps someone so you do not go through what I went through with this business. There are other options.

I had a great experience here. They are a friendly and honest group.
