Troy to the rescue !!! While in Pinedale WY for my annual visit to my older brother, I had a little…read moremishap. My 9 year old granddaughter accidentally locked my keys in the trunk of my car. It was 9:30pm on a Saturday night, and I called the only Locksmith in the local listing, and the only others were in Jackson or Riverton. No answer and his messages were full. I called my oldest son, who is a locksmith, for his input. He said to call a towing service or maybe the local Sheriff. I found Troy, who answered his phone, and I described my predicament. He told me that he was no lock expert but would come and see if he could help me. We wrestled with it for over an hour and finally got in after waking up everyone in the hotel with my car alarm. He disconnected my battery, we folded forward the back seat and and my little lady crawled in with a flashlight and retrieved the Keys. I was 1600+ miles from home with 2 granddaughters and panicing, so finding courteous, professional help at such short notice was nothing short of a Godsend, a miracle in Ford Diesel, that's what he was. My company truck, the aircraft fuel truck, developed a serious coolant leak during our first week here. Without that truck the aircraft is nothing more than a 2 million dollar paper weight. Contacted "Dusty", the owner of D&L, and explained the situation. He immediately made time to inspect and diagnose the specific problem. Repair would take a day and a half to complete. In that we were coming up on a two day break, starting the next day, he had the parts required to do the repair shipped overnight. Truck was repaired during our break period, meaning we were never "out of service" on our fire support contract. Quality workmanship, excellent customer service and at a very fair price. Highly recommend D&L.

After a quick call with Scott and describing the situation, I set up a time for Daymond to come out and rewire the living room. It was a relief to not have to pay a "consulting" fee just to look my place like various other installers quoted. Once Daymond arrived (just two days after I first called), he took a look around and found a perfect solution within minutes. A few hours later and the entire job was completed.
