Their main office is in Kihei but they take care of the whole island. We've been with them for over 10 years now and have no problems to report. A sounding alarm results in an immediate phone call to us, but because of the wonderful world of technology, we're able to quickly take care of issues on our cell phones. We just had an issue where one of our phone lines weren't sending them a weekly test signal so they phoned us immediately. The issue fixed itself somehow. We pay a little over $40 a month which is charged automatically every quarter. OVERALL: They're very progressive with new technology and have good communication with their customers.
