I'm not interested in entering the square root of Abe Lincoln's social security number in Morse code in order to get the proposal. I followed up by sending them an email to reiterate my request. Thus far, no response. If they can't follow through when they are trying to extract money from my wallet, I'm not confident on their ability to deliver the service. We are very disappointed in this service. We have rats in our attic. Bill charged us $500.00. My husband had to remove the dead rats. On CHRISTMAS day my husband was running around trying to find a place open that sold rat traps. Our old fashioned traps were the ones working. Bills's traps were not. After 2 days of no activity we heard a sound in our soffit. We called Bill, sorry I am busy just give it a couple of DAYS. OK so now the rat will die, it will stink up our whole house. He actually told my husband to go up in the attic to check. All of the traps were sprung, no rats caught!!!!! Now he gave us some bullXXX story that he"s busy moving!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your money on this service. I feel we were ripped off and in the end had to deal with this problem alone.
