He was extremely professional and polite, and explained everything to me. I am so impressed with this company and its employees. We used Reynolds in 2012 for termite protection -- they apparently no longer do the Termidor treatment -- and at that time I was very impressed with the thoroughness of this labor-intensive installation of termite control. That's why we turned to Reynolds again when we needed termite treatment and pest control. I highly recommend Reynolds, a local company doing VERY GOOD WORK.

Anyway, I went online and started searching for companies that remove racoons and came across Absolute Critter. Shannon is 10 out of 10. She is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. She can hear in my voice that I was stressing about the racoons in the attic. She was out the same day and the racoons were out within 3 days. So we had a pest control company come out to our home due to a rat issue several months ago. they…read moreplaced traps in our attic, however they stated that we need to contact them every 3 months even if the traps were unsuccessful with catching anything in order to change them... well here we are 8 months later and our trap caught a rat. when I called our pest control company they told me that since it was well after the 3 months, that I was going to have to pay 200 dollars for them to remove the rodent.... I found this extremely upsetting. I searched up Pest control company's near me and Absolute Critter came up. I decided to call them and Shannon answered with the most sweetest and eager tone in her voice. after explaining my situation she was not only willing to have her husband come out SAME DAY but spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me educating me on how to prevent rodents from getting into the attic. This wonderful small business was kind and extremely fair with their pricing. Jimmy came to our home and not only removed the rodent, but sprayed our attic for us within 5 minutes.
