I used No Limit Landscaping for my family's first spring/summer in Ga. In a word, it was great. I contacted the business owner, Holly, back in March and she and her foreman came out that very weekend. Holly had a great plan for what she wanted to do with my yard, including the flowerbeds. One thing that I appreciated was that she used as much of the material that had been installed by the previous homeowner as possible. This minimized the amount of new shrubbery needed and kept the costs down. I was very pleased with the initial presentation and the No Limit crew maintained the yard completely from there on out. The owner is infectiously cordial and polite. In the spirit of truthfulness I will say that there was a small communication snag very early on. However, Holly handled the matter professionally and courteously and I was very impressed to say the least. Also, there were a couple of times where I had to follow-up about something that may not had gotten done on the last cut. They were always extremely receptive and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Throughout the season it was a pleasure to come home every other Wednesday and see that our yard had been transformed into a beautiful almost scenic oasis. Whenever I did have a question about anything - usually to confirm receipt of my payment - Holly was prompt and again, courteous and professional. Verdict: No Limit is not one of those huge lawn care services with hundreds of residents in which you get lost as merely a number. It is a small company that is run by a woman who appears to truly love and understand what she does. Most importantly, she understands that service wins and attitudes count for much. My neighbor recommended No Limit to me. She told me they did a good job on her front and back yard and their rates were reasonable. So with my neighbor's glowing recommendation, I gave Holly a call to see what her team would charge me for my yard. She and her associate quickly came to my home for a quote and she sent me a proposal about a day longer for me to sign with everything we had talked about when she came by with her quote. I was excited for the work to get down since my neighbor spoke so highly of her. The initial quote was given to me the end of April and the work was to done in early May. It is now the beginning of July and I have yet to have my yard done. The front yard has been cut a couple of times but the backyard has not been touched. Holly usually responses quick but trying to get on the calendar for an appointment is very difficult. At first I felt she is most likely backed up due to the increase of rainfall. However, I shouldn't have to constantly contact her to set an appointment. She should call me to assure me that my yard will get done ASAP. It's been 2 months now. I'm going to have to contact another landscaping company to work on my yard. I can't wait another month in the hopes that her team will get the job done. read more

I contacted No Limit when I was at The End with trying to do my own lawn care. Seriously, it was a mess. Holly came out the same day to give me an estimate and was so encouraging. The price was great and the work was finished in less than a week and in time for me to enjoy it over the weekend. The work was fantastic. I actually look forward to getting home from work now! Stay away from them for anything serious. She did my mother in law's yard last year in 2015. She took 5x as long as she said to do the work, and increased the price twice during that time. Reviewing the work after, they totally botched the job. We've had to replant bushes placed too close. That revealed that they did nothing to open the root balls and break the dirt around. they just dropped in the holes. Then they did not do the drainage right around the walls and we are redoing those now. Honestly, I;d have a hard time trusting her the the mow-n-blow she disdains on her website. read more

I want to be very fair in this review. This is not a review of their services. We were not able to get that far. They came out and gave us a very fair quote in a timely manner. They were not the cheapest but did seem to have a game plan and a professional demeanor. We followed up a day later to go forward with securing their services. After no return calls and 2 follow up calls on our part we are moving on. I feel lack of follow thru was a limitation of No Limit Landscaping. read more

I just read the review from Chris N. on 3/24/17 and realize that we have both had the exact same issue with this company. When I first reached out to them, Holly and her associate were able to come over to give a quote that afternoon and were wonderful. She seems to know her business and was very professional and kind. I was so hopeful because their pricing made my projects possible. I'm not sure what happened after that. It took me a week to get a formal proposal but that had to come through a texted photo because she couldn't get the email to work. I was never able to get a response through email, even after I accepted her proposal. Then I left a voicemail yesterday, which was over two weeks since our first meeting, and she never called back. It is extremely frustrating because I thought I had finally found a reliable, professional and affordable landscaper. read more

Much of the same as everyone else on here. I contacted this company, Holly and her associate came out quickly to take a look at the yard. Her prices sounded affordable and we talked about multiple projects. I was excited to get the final quote and get the work done. However, it has now been over a week. I have emailed multiple times and messaged her on Yelp multiple times (that was how we initially made contact). No responses. I'm amazed that a company would ignore customers chasing after them for business. I'd rather pay a little bit more for a company that appreciates my business. read more

The crew was days late and the female (possible owner) was participating in lewd acts in my front yard with one of the workers. I was genuinely embarrassed by her actions and language, I demanded they leave and they left my yard a mess. This was about a month ago, I received a bill from them today.
