Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. Communication with me before, during and after the job was completed was excellent. The price was very fair. The crew arrived right on time, were careful, and cleaned up so well, they left things better than when they got here! They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Somehow they made it look good despite gaps where very large branches were lost in storm last year. And they cleaned everything up very well. Communications up front and during were stellar. I spoke with one co-owner (Javier) for estimate/consultation, and the other (Adrian) was on site supervising the work. They both answered all of my questions and were very insightful. It truly seemed as though they enjoy spending time with their customers. It couldn't have been any easier. There were no attempts at cross-selling/pressure to do more. All in all a great experience, and I highly recommend.
