We're from TN. so we called them on Friday and they got us in on Saturday morning, so we drove all night to get there on time, and we were a little early and they came in just to get started on my car. We had to wait on it because our hotel wasn't ready and they were Great about It, offering us something to drink and eat if we wanted it. THE BEST PART WAS THE STAFF, AND THE JOB THEY DONE ON MY WINDOWS! They gave me the option to choose what color I wanted and how thick I wanted it. where do I even start....he had my vehicle for 12hrs..i explained to him prior to dropping my truck off...i had a strict time restraint...he said not to worry....i have been doin this since i was 13yo....it will take 2hrs.to install headlights ...tail lights ...fog lights...side mirror turn signal...it took according to him 2.5 hrs to just put in the headlights on a 2014 F150...in the end I have no hi-beams...and then tells me.. you need another bulb...hmmm. $279 Morimoto bulbs dont come with hi-beans?!?!?!...had him install turn signal on my mirrors...those are not wk'ing ...and tells me i can fix then myself later...cuz he don't know how to take my mirror off .....WTF!!!!....as he is wking on my truck another customer pulls up and of course he leaves my vehicle to help that customer for over an hr...NEVER REFER OR USE THIS COMPANY...POOR WORK...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

Got my windows tinted a while back the guy was nice. They did damage to my vehicle and were all apologetic and was assured that they would make it right. Well after months I had to sue in small claims court. Won the suit and they still wont make it right. Beware of this shadetree business!!!!! read more

After reading the other review wow. Same happened to me although they did a crappy job on the tint. I will compare them to McDonald flunkies. Let a chimpanzee from the zoo tint your windows it will do a better job. I guess I should have read the review before I went there it would have saved me a ton of headache. So i wanted to get some new rims and tires for my car, i started calling during business hours multiple times with no answer, so i just drove there and walked inside and started calling while inside, i hear the phone ring again and again, i called multiple times and then he finally walks out of his office, he tells me why i should buy from him, that he's the only and best rim shop in myrtle, i decide to give it a shot and i bought new rims and tires, he askes if i was picky about the tires and i said not really, so later find out what kind of rip off walmart tires he got me, while in the shop a customer calls him and he speaks very rude to them telling them why are they calling and that he's busy, super rude, then i find out they stripped my old wheels and took the stems off?? later he tells me he"ll retorque my wheels, first appointment he doesnt even show up, then next oppointment he shows up like 2 hrs late, saying he was working on his boat?? while waiting i seen multiple customers drive up during business hours waiting and then leaving. This guy treats his customers like trash and only wants your money Beware! I paid well over $1500 a big rip off with the worst customer service ever. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.. DO NOT EVEN STOP BY.. YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! I have made three purchases with No Limit Customs with no satisfaction WHAT-SO-EVER !! No Limit Customs sells cheap poor quality made in China wheels that are out of round with low and high stops and that will bounce and vibrate on your car. The tires No Limit Customs sells second and third grade tires that are out of round with low and high spots and will bounce on your car also. The custom chrome lug nuts No Limit Customs sells along with their wheels will rust within a few months and will have to be replaced also. The tire pressure sensors that No Limit Customs sells and installs are the cheapest made and are not the least accurate. The tire pressure sensors I bought and had installed still brings in alarms with the correct recommended tire pressure. When installing the wheels and tires No Limit Customs said they need my car for three hours to install four new tire and four rims which I thought was way to long and ended up taking seven and a half to eight hours due to the tire balancer failing/breaking down and other equipment problems and the employee running off doing other things. I WAS THERE ALL DAY!! After driving the car and finding the wheels and tire out of round and bouncing and vibrating No Limit Customs never offered to re-balance the ties and wheels or replace them. I had to take my car to another tire dealer to have the tire and wheels balanced on a Hunter Road Force Tire Balancer to find that the tires and wheels were out of round with high and low spots. No Limit Customs offer no lifetime rotation/balance/road hazard with the purchase or their tires and rims. No Limit Customs also uses cheap window tint and will knowingly install defective window tint. No limit Customs will also not clean windows well before installing window tint and leaving dirt showing in the tint and trims the window lines crooked. No Limit Customs will not install the tint you want/choose and pay for but will install whatever tint they have close to it in stock. It took eight months for No Limit Customs to come back out to replace defective window tint and window tint that was not installed properly and then the window tint installer installed the wrong tint. No Limit Custom's employees are not trained and certified and are not knowledgeable on there products and services they offer. No Limit Customs has a high rate turn over of employees.. No one works there very long. No Limit Custom's warranties whether verbal or written are useless and there is absolutely no service after the sale. No Limit Customs has out-dated defective equipment and inadequate building space for the products and services the company is trying to provide and the company is also under staffed. No Limit Custom's Management and Owner is not knowledgeable of the products and services the company is trying to provide to the the public customers. No Limit Custom's Management and Owner does not provide their employee/ employees with proper equipment, tools, training, certification, products to do a quality job for the customer. No Limit Custom Management and Owner does not hire qualified employees and does not know how to manage their employees. The name of of this company should be " Stooges Limited Customs" because you would think that Larry, Curly, and Moe owns and runs the place. I have contacted and written my complains with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency but no one from No Limit Customs has bothered to contact/respond/write back. I feel that No Limit Customs should be investigated.. Shut down and doors closed permanently so no other customer will be mislead and scammed and have to go through what I have been subjected to !! No Limit Customs has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau !! read more
