This smoke shop in the past year has gone in wrong direction. The staff has given me poor service…read moreover the past two years especially. The recent men who work behind the counter, have no idea what they are doing, things not working properly, like the credit card machine wasn't working, and things just at times don't add up, when I have been a regular there for a least ten years. I just wish if they were real men, and if they no longer wanted my business they could have just said so, instead of hiring more staff who are clueless, and that believe everyone is transient, when if you are not at the counter seeing who coming in and out, doesn't mean I stole anything. I can't tolerate being accused of stealing from a business, so I'll never go back to this business again.
