I really think they just did not want to be bothered today. with the advice of State Farm, I requested road side assistance with issues with low tires (2) due to cold weather. Well, they called and said. Oh, we don't do that. Now mind you State Farm after explaining my situation for help. Told me to select a Tow Company as this is what they do. Now either one of the two have no proper knowledge of what is the correct protocol for this situation. But I am SURE, because my so worked for a major towing company for years, and this service is available to customers. I just felt they did not want to bothered, because they would not make any money of tow miles. Shame on them when someone needs help. It is not safe driving on uninflated tires, especially as female. that knows nothing about inflating tires. He arrived in about 20 minutes and tried to give me a jump start. When my car wouldn't jump, we realized I had a starter issue instead of only a battery issue. He recommended a great car center (Dayton Car Care) near my home and towed me there safely. Paying was easy and fast from my phone, and I immediately had an invoice emailed to me that I could send to my car insurance company (before I end up forgetting). Let's face it, everyone hates a tow company when they have to deal with getting their things out of impound. However, when you are stranded on the side of the road, they are the best people ever. Same as a cop, when they are writing you a ticket, you are m$:$;);/& fu$&@cker-ing them under your breath. However, when your baby daddy beats your ass, you are thrilled to see them arrive at your doorstep. This was me, I was pissed A.) that my travel trailer, golf cart and generator were all towed. At the end of the day though, it wasn't there fault. It was the "miscommunication" of a couple of over paid (non suits) people sitting behind their desk on the LSU campus in their purple and Geauld overpriced tennis shoes and matching polo. I drove all the way from Houston to get my things by my deadline but it was gone. Worst part was, I couldn't retrieve my things because it was a weekend and no one was available or willing to come help me. Yes, it was a long 6 hour drive back to Houston empty handed. I had to leave it close to two weeks, as I was traveling the following week. The lady in the office was kind enough to follow up to ensure I still wanted my things. (Can't remember her name but as nice as she could be under the circumstances) So, here we went again, another 12 hours there and back, $500 in diesel and gas convoy to retrieve our things. We arrived 30 minutes before they closed. Went through the normal awful "tow truck" glass front (bail bonds) type of feeling to show your ownership, etc... And then... Chris and Jason went above and beyond to get us loaded, help get our lights working and ensure we were safely on our way home. Even followed us to the parts house, and backed my trailer up for me after I got myself in a bind. ‍. All in all, this experience sucked but Chris and his whole team made it as best as they could. Super fast and friendly service. I got stranded at the Costco tire center, and these guys came recommended by the auto place we were wanting to get the car fixed at. Granted I think they were in the area, but they got to me in about 10 minutes, loaded up my car, and we were all set. They had contactless pay with a card too - when they arrived to me, not over the phone - which was a plus in these times. No limit towing is HORRIBLE when it comes to resolving issues. They towed my uncle's truck from the shop to his home. The owner of the shop has video of the truck being loaded and there was no damage at the time. When the truck was dropped off the back window was busted out. We took pictures and sent them in, but the owner said, "What do you want me to do about it?" We asked for him to fix the window, and he just responded, "I'm not doing that." He never said that he would look into it or anything. His attitude was awful. So just know that you will be responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle, and the owner does not care. read more

Got my car towed 17 miles for $265 they know they're a good company but like to over charge. A couple of months ago I blew my engine and got it towed over 3 states for $425. How do I get a cheaper tow over 3 states than for 17 miles. I will say the driver was awesome and a cool dude but they just over charge. read more

I've had to use for a flat and to tow to a shop. Every time great service and just a really super nice guy. The towing services were very fast Daniel made it to my car in about 20 minutes. I gave the address where i was getting my car towed and the woman i spoke to over the phone and added an extra number to it by accident totally understand the mix up but was very disappointed to find out that I would have to pay 120 to get my car towed to the address that i had told them. Daniel and the woman I spoke to over the phone were extremely helpful. Upset the manager wanted to charge another 100 to get my car towed a couple more miles. Ended up going to the place it was towed to and daniel was extremely helpful. Impound lot if your car gets towed is only open Monday through Friday, and they charge fees for weekend storage even though you are not allowed to secure your vehicle. If you don't get it in x amount of days (according to the dispatch) they apply for the title and steal your property using the legal theft. My car was towed and I don't have the money to get it back and when I asked about a title transfer in exchange for any fees owed, this is what I was told. Straight up fucking thievery. read more

My car was towed from LSU campus on a Saturday. I could not pick up my car until Monday afternoon and was charged for 3 days. On google it said they were open for 24 hours, but that is not true. In the invoice that I was provided by No Limit towing, the times of when the car was towed to when it was impounded do not add up. When I finally figured out where my car was (LSU could not give a clear answer) I had to pay $300 to get my car back. When finally reading the fees that I was charged on the invoice, I was charged $143 for towing charges. I find that ridiculous to be getting charged for the tow, fueling, and charged because the lot is private property. It honestly felt like this towing company is taking advantage of being a private company by having these extra charges and by requiring cash only. Not only that, but if you're not the owner of the car (I'm an out of state student) it makes it even harder to get the car back. read more

Very pleased with No Limit Towing. They were very responsive. Lady on the phone was kind. They showed up in a timely manner, especially considering they were super-busy! (This was May 2021 when so many cars flooded in the flash flood.) Hunter was the guy who showed up. He had already taken care of 15 cars and it was early afternoon!! I bet he was tired but yet he was nice & friendly. He took care of things quickly. I paid with my card on the spot & he emailed me my receipt for insurance purposes. And we were done. These people are awesome!! They were extremely nice and pleasant. I was stranded on the side of the road in the rain and despite them being backed up on a Monday they came to me in 30mins. The wrecker guy Jason sartain was incredibly polite! He really made light of my situation. The rate to have my car towed from one side of town to the other was very affordable!
