I don't often write reviews but every once in a while a business goes over and above enough that I have to let people know how great they are. Jeff was the 3rd company that I had over to give me a bid to fix some roof leaks. He wasn't the cheapest but not a lot more than the other bids. After he was finished, and after all of the extras that he did to my roof, it probably was cheapest due to the extra work. The best part about the way he conducted business was the communication. He took pictures of all the spots that could use attention and showed me exactly what was needed for each item. Some of the issues were so small that he didn't even charge me for them. He also found some issues with my gutters but didn't try to upsell me on them. I was so impressed with the way he runs his business that we have asked him to give us a quote for new gutters. Jeff and his crew with No Mess Gutters did an amazing job with my home. He explained everything so clearly and documented the entire process with pictures. He was up front and completely transparent in all aspects, and the gutters look great and function perfectly. In addition, during their complimentary gutter cleaning 6 months later, Jeff helped me find a creative solution to a drainage problem i was having in my yard. When i showed him my problem, he made a special trip to Home Depot and completed the project for me. This was completely outside the scope of the original job and not their responsibility at all, and yet he bought the materials and did the job at no cost to me. No one better than Jeff and No Mess Gutters and Roofing! Jeff fixed a terrible flat roof to sloped roof leak issue we had. Installed a sloped shingle roof to fix the problem. After the repair and partial roof replacement there was still one small issue. He and his crew tested it for leaks and decided to tear off the shingles and go back with a flat papered roof. Not a mention of any extra charges. All leaks gone now! He and team very professional and meticulous. And very Reasonably priced. Wont sell you something you don't need. Everyone else we called only wanted to replace the whole roof. Honest is the best word to describe this company! Also put in a great gutter for us. Jeff has very helpful and went out of his ways to assist us with items we had struggled fixing for years. He made great recommendations that really improved the flow of water and has stopped our stone from showing ugly water stains on the side of the house. We've also had a pergola that has leaked for years from the original installation. Jeff personally took out all the improperly installed screws (a different company had installed the pergola). He filled in with new caulk and inserted properly fitting screws. The pergola has now stopped leaking for the first time ever. The work that was done was meticulous and exceptional help us pick out the color that would be best for the house and was very knowledgeable of what they were doing. The made sure we understood what we were purchasing and left none of our questions unanswered. Were very friendly and did not care if we watched and asked questions as they were installing. After the job was completed everything was explained and what we should expect. They also installed a rain chain that we chose at one location in our court yard, there was not extra charge for the installation of the rain chain. Can not say enough about the company but if you need gutters I highly recommend Jeff and his crew. read more

Driver from this company (Possibly the owner) Needs a reality check when owning a business. Do not drive your company truck while tailgating a new driver. Then in an idiotic state, cut my Daughter off and almost make her wreck. Then when my older daughter calls the company to complain to the owner...He Calls her a C--T, because she gave him the good ole American Bird. And now has blocked all. our numbers so we cant event call them. If this is the type of company you want working for you that has a vulgar mouth toward young girls that are new at Driving, then this is the company for you. Jeff was great to work with. He's very professional and thorough. He was careful to protect the gutters and roof as he cleaned them. He used a special ladder that doesn't lean on the gutters and shoes that protect the roof shingles. My gutters were very bad and hadn't been cleaned for years but I was impressed with how shiny they ended up after he was done. Called Jeff to come out and clean our gutters last week. He was here within two days. He did a brilliant job flushing all the downspouts, disconnecting them from the underground drains and did a thorough inspection of each one. He also spent time on the roof sealing flashing and baseplates where needed. He even cut back a tree branch that was impacting the drains. AND he took all the debris away. Excellent job all around. I called them to come out and clean out my gutters and to do some repair work on a downspout and rehang some gutters that were not draining properly. Jeff came out and did the work and took pictures of the before and after of the gutters, even getting out all the shingle grit that had accumulated over the years. Also resealed a roof vent while he was up there. Left the yard spotless and I highly recommend his company. I will definitely use them again! read more

Jeff came out this week and was awesome. He was prompt, friendly, thorough, and patiently explained every last detail that I wanted to know. He cleaned out our stopped up gutters and did some minor roof repairs. Also, he sends pictures of everything before and after so you can see what's going on way up there on the roof.
