The job was to replace a broken pipe between the well and the house. It involved cutting up the concrete patio. They also replaced the little galvanized plumbing we had left and put in a new pressure tank. What I particularly liked about Five Star was the quality of work and that fact that they had a person, Jacob, that followed up and made sure that work progressed and was done to my satisfaction. I view that as a good quality control. I also liked the fact that they were the lowest cost by far. Would recommend that to any friends.

I had quotes from several plumbers and the guy was the only guy to give me a reasonable quote without trying to sell me a "service contract" Eco-plumbers, service olympians, etc. He completed the work in a very timely manner. Found solutions very quickly to different problems that arose. I am DIYer probably to a detriment at times. He asked my feedback several times to make sure the fix he wanted to apply was ok with me.
