I was told that I would hear in 7-10 days by phone if it was negative or video chat it positive. I called back 8 days later and found out my test results had been in for 4 days already with no call but they needed to set me up with a teledoc appt to get them. So assumed I'm positive and set it up. My appt was 4pm and I was in the room on time. After waiting 30 minutes I get a call that they need my copay. For results? I don't think so. They put me on indefinite hold to find someone to give me my results and at 5pm my call disconnected. They were closed. So I call the 800 number back and they told me my choices were pay the $30 or drive 60 miles round trip to get them. If I have covid wth would I be driving. In a time of pandemic they are literally trying to extort money out of people. Tarrant county took their name and number but since they are a private office not sure if anything can be done.
