    I used to think State Farm was one of the best insurances to have until I needed my brand new car…read morerepaired. I have a 2018 honda crv that I have only had a couple months. So how my wiring harness got ripped from running over a stick or something. I took it to the shop and made my claim with state farm. After my car being in the shop for over a week state farm decided that they want my wiring harness to be cut and spliced instead of replaced. However, if my wires are spliced and something happens to that splicing down the road and ruins my wiring I have to pay for everything myself because splicing will void my warranty with honda. So state farm is refusing to replace my wiring harness and basically told me that my warranty did not matter to them and that they dont have to honor it. So my brand new car is still in the shop and it has been almost a month since I have drove it and I had to hire an attorney to handle this. I would not recommend state farm to anyone. They do not follow there motto Like a Good Neighbor State Farm is there. No there not.

I have been a customer for 30 years…read moreincluding several cars, homeowners etc. My daughter is a single mom and purchased a new vehicle from a dealer. She had thought the dealer transferred the insurance from the car she was trading in to the new. They did not. Keep in mind insurance was all paid to date. An uninsured motorist hit her parked car and that is when we discovered the error. State Farm would not insure the car despite the admitted error. My daughter has not been working due to Corona virus and now is left with extensive damage that she must pay for herself. State Farm absolutely has the power to change this situation and would rather stick to the guidelines. STATEFARM IS NOT A COMPANY THAT YOU WANT IF YOUR IN NEED!!!!!!! But they will gladly take your money for 30 years..... that's not a relationship they care to preserve. BEWARE.....

    horrible customer service. it took over 24 for the dispatch to finally "start" working on my…read moreservice call. This office is ridiculous, I spoke to the supervisor who was no help at all. I am physically disabled and can't change my flat tire myself. Worst experience I have had with customers service.

    Decided to get triple a plus with 100 mile towing. They decided to take money out of my account…read moremultiple times. Drained my bank account and caused me to be late on other bills that totaled even more money. I figured mistakes happen. However as i was trying to get it resolved Triple a customer service started transferring me to every and any other number so that they would not have to deal with it. I was transferred about 30 separate times. On each transfer I was nice to everyone. Some were apologetic and said I was transferred to the wrong place. I had multiple people tell me they were going to call me back and not a single person called me back. At this particular location, A supervisor named Lisa told me she would call back in 2 hours maybe 3. So I waited. Did not receive a call from her the rest of that day or the next. So I attempted to get back ahold of her on the 3rd day and was told she was in a meeting. I left a message asking why haven't I received a call and when she would get around to it. Still I received no phone call back. So after the weekend I called back to this office and was told by a rep on the phone that is from this office that Lisa was at the weirton office and that she could transfer me to that office. However I was not transferred. Instead I was put on hold while this rep called the office herself. Then I was told by this same rep that Lisa was on the phone but got off the phone to say that a supervisor would call me back. What a joke! First off, every supervisor is in some form of meeting and can never call back. So many different local offices I talked to and they all said the same thing. The Athens Ohio office told me that her supervisor was in a meeting but after a second call I was told the truth that the supervisor there was actually out on medical leave for 6 weeks. So this lets me know that all this meeting stuff is mostly lies. The reason why they lie is still unclear to me unless they truly just do not care about the issues they create for their customers. While Lisa is not the original person who created the mistake she is another supervisor in a long line of supervisors who lied about calling someone back and lied about being in meetings when she never was. Hoping I would never call back probably. Also, The original person who created the mistake did finally call back after about a week. However his supervisor who was supposed to call me back today still hasn't called. UPDATE: It has been 5 days since Lisa told me another supervisor was going to call me. Another Lie This 1 star review was definitely earned here. During the course of all this I have learned a few things that may help others 1. If they tell you they are in a meeting they are most likely lying to you 2. The reps that are under any particular aaa supervisor are told to tell you that so if someone asks for them to tell you anything so that the supervisor doesn't have to deal with it 3. If you are trying to call a local office, never ever hit any number on your Phone. Just wait patiently through all the prompts that want you to hit a number and it will ring the local office you are trying to call. If you hit a number it kicks you out of the local office system and will ring you wherever it feels like ringing you into and it definitely wont be the the department or location that you wanted. 4. They don't care. I can't repeat this enough. They don't care. 5. Call your bank and dispute all charges 6. They will not fix the problems they created. If they caused overdrafts because they took money out of your account multiple times they will not refund you anything for that. I was basically laughed at when I told them they owed an extra 37 dollars back to me. I was also told all the extra money would take 14 days to return to me. 7. When dealing with companies who do this kind of crap, its always good to have a call recording app on your phone. I do.
