Beware of the current one they will tell you on their website that they will have experienced people take care of your pets (there are only 2 her and another lady.) The owner, her husband and her employee (who was awesome) do love our animals but she has had a few babies in the last few years and I feel has not grown her employee base to handle her client base. They will put on the invoice the names of the people coming to your Home and not list the ones that come to cover or send you a courtesy text that someone else is coming for that visit e.g someone's son. Used this service for 7 years but recently found out after I installed cameras after something got mysteriously broken that during the summer months/ seasons when they get busy they will have inexperienced young people cover for them. While this girl was listed on the invoice not on their website I trusted them. Had a young girl not pay any attention to our dog, take pictures of my home, help herself to items in our freezer turn on our TV in the living room to watch cartoons and sleep for over an hour and a half on our sofa. We were informed they were appalled at the video footage we sent them and they fired this girl who had worked for her husband and thought she could be trusted. They handled this incident well via texts and having their experienced employee go to our home wake her up and get her to leave and we decided to continue with them. We installed cameras after this incident as my dog was acting very strange too like many people had been in our home and where as I said before something got mysteriously broken and on our first trip away we saw what was really going on. After our last trip the owner decided it was best for us to find another service since she felt we were watching her, yep my trust had been broken used them for 7 years who knows what occurred before the cameras were installed... be careful! And to top it off the owner, Lara then feels she needs to put a bad review out on the Pet Comany site that I have chosen to now take care of my puppy and home. This shows the level of immaturity and lack of business sense and professionalism you are dealing with at this company. Good news is her full time employee plans on taking over this business, since Lara is relocating with her husbands business. So maybe Posh Pet Services will re-establish it's good name in the near future under the new management of Sheila Patton!

Ollie has been in for grooming before and we have had great results- they are easy and convenient with scheduling and work with me to get the cut we want. So we decided to try them for boarding as well- they were so helpful and welcoming at check-in, they took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like any were silly (He's our baby after all!). After talking to the staff for a bit I felt confident that they truly cared about the animals staying there and he wasn't just a number. They even have cameras we could tune in to and see what the dogs were up to. Ollie was bathed and groomed at the end of his stay, and they called to let me know as soon as he was ready. When I picked him up they were telling me all about his stay, how he adjusted, etc... I really love how they care about the dogs, it shows!

The receptionist told us to arrive at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, even though the facility does not open until 8:00 a.m. There also seemed to be confusion about the fact that my boyfriend and I use two separate veterinarians for our two dogs. We were then told that paperwork had been sent to us via text for us to sign, but I never received it. When we arrived, the technician who finally answered the door said he would get everything figured out and that we could sign the paperwork when we picked up the dogs after their visit. Unfortunately, what followed was a great deal of confusion and chaos surrounding the paperwork, ultimately resulting in us having to pick up our dogs before the scheduled visit was over. While it was frustrating, I am actually thankful this happened before we left our dogs there for an eight-day boarding stay. If things were this disorganized before boarding even began, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with our dogs for an extended stay. Communication and organization are extremely important when you're entrusting someone with your pets, and unfortunately, this experience did not give us confidence in either.

They don't just stop in to feed and water the animals, they actually take some time to exercise and entertain your pets. We always receive daily tests with pictures to show the animals are doing well. They also function as a good "house sitter" by taking in the mail and newspapers so you won't have to go to the trouble of stopping the newspaper or mail delivery. Very convenient and reliable.
