We love sending our boy to Bark N Buddies, especially knowing that they are well trained on grooming big (95 lb), long haired German Shepherds. Our Moki comes back shiny and trimmed up every time. We are so grateful to have this small business in our community and recommend it to everyone we know. The staff are incredibly friendly, try their best with meeting all our requests, and knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. The guys were so great with my yorkie! She is just under a year old and this was her second grooming experience-- they took such good care of her. She looked exactly as I asked and they let me know at the start of the appointment, if there was something I didn't love when I picked her up, they could easily make adjustments to her cut. Finally found a groomer close to home! They worked around my schedule and Jaxson loves his haircut. Not only did they groom him they cut his nails, they took care of his glands and pads and cleaned his teeth. It all took 40 minutes which was way less than expected. I'd definitely be booking Jaxson again when it's time. The picture of Jaxson on the stairs is Jaxson before his appointment. We were referred by family who were happy with their results. Justin was able to accommodate our request for a weekend appointment same week for our small dog. He confirmed a few days before and requested reference photos. He was responsive throughout the week and very friendly in person. At drop-off he gave us an estimate of two hours for the appointment which we were happy with - most places we've been estimate almost twice as long. He notified us we could head over after a little more than two hours. When I arrived, I was almost shocked at the transformation - our baby looked like a new dog! She was rather scraggly and matted before and now her coat is even, symmetrical, and soft. Top-notch results in nearly half the time as other places, with the added personal touch of a home business. The price was also significantly less than other places for the same cut. Our baby is as beautiful outside as she is inside. We are more than happy with the results! Thank you, Justin! read more
