Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done! What really impressed me was how patient and kind she was with Bleu. He can be a little unsure during grooming, but she took her time, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with so much care. This cat had lived outside for about 10 years and had never received any hair care. Basically, she was a mess, matted from head to tail and scared to death at being inside. Mona held her in place while Donna went to work. She worked efficiently with expert care to relieve the cat of unwanted hair. Truly, I couldn't believe it. How could there be so MUCH hair on one cat? Silky Terrier mix, & we have to give him calming meds before his appt., we do not feed him before we take him or he makes a mess, as he's very high anxiety, but we've worked it out so he can be handled first thing in the morning, and we just take the other 2 separately.
