And they wanted us to pay delivery fees from all the different store delivery drivers . Smh . Anyway , we went to this store looking for Christmas gifts for my 14 year old daughter and a some new dresser and nightstand. All in all the total came up to a little under $ 2000 . 1 place wanted to charge us $65 bucks for delivery which I was fine with , because we thought it was setup and delivery, NOT THE CASE . Sooo anyway , because we are in Orlando , and they are in Sanford, we was the last delivery and on top of all that . Just about all the stuff we ordered was damaged. And to top it all off NOT SETUP , when other place deliver and setup for free . But ok ok what ever . See the thing is , they was trying to sell us damaged goods in the beginning, which I politely said ( I have never bought my kids anything damaged or broken for a Christmas gift , and I won't start now . Long store short .we got shorted on a dresser , when I called and asked where it's was , this is the answer I got ( oh , your wife ran out of money and that's why it's not there , well Hell , the receipt is showing that she did have enough money and the dresser should be here . On top of that . When I'm calling and asking what time will you be here because I have been waiting for over 8 hours and I have to go to work . Eric gets on the phone and acts like I'm the one in the wrong here , ( WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO IN A NASTY WAY ) so finally the stuff get here , and almost every box we opened , the item had damage . And for $105 bucks , all they did was drop the stuff and left .NO SETUP . So my child and I are trying to setup here Christmas gift , when I ordered my other child bedroom set from another place , they delivered and setup for FREE spending over $ 2000 and nothing was damaged. And when I called to get replacements , I had to wait 2 days!!!!!! Right now I'm still waiting !!! When I called to check ?? Oh , on there way home , they will drop your stuff off to you !! And now I have to miss another day of work because of these bad business doing people. Thomas . Was an awful salesman!!!! The whole experience was awful !! My wife loves to shop for new furniture, this place will never get ANOTHER DINFROM US AGAIN . Since I was local I went back the next day and realised he was mainly talking about his warrenty, and that a 100 year old coil design was superior to the pocket coil design and he was charging me more for the 100 year old coil design and pushing me that way. I traveled back 20 miles to Beds Beds Beds in orange city. Today the manger was there and she was telling me that she didn't feel the bed I picked out was that firm, and after trying so many beds (also in retail outlet's) I agreed. I also realised that bed I tried the previous day was the old fashion spring bed. (but it was priced correctly at this store $300 less than PO.) but I didn't really want the bed anymore. I asked her if she had any pocket coil. She sold me a simmons beatuty Rest (which is a name brand) which was pocket coil for only $200.00 more and delivered it to Port orange on the spot. he litterally followed me. With a deserved more expensive delivery rate and a $20.00 tip the bill was less expensive than my local guy which is a name brand bed vs a no name bed with better technology (pocket coil.) This pocket coil is perfect it has a little padding on the top and at the same time the firmess. I purchased a Saatva Classic from an associate named Johnny. I used the mattress for a couple weeks and noticed it felt very odd and uncomfortable. I then went to a store and tried the authentic Saatva Classic and it felt completely different from the one he sold. I had someone from Saatva do an inspection on my mattress today and they confirmed that the mattress we bought isn't authentic. I contacted Johnny to let him know that what he sold us was fake. He then apologized and said he would do an exchange for us for another mattress because he can't process any refunds, only exchanges. It was weird to me that he couldn't refund me even after I found out what he sold was fake. He then asked me to drive 45 minutes to his storage to check out mattresses that I can exchange for at no cost difference. I am 9 months pregnant and went to his store with my kid and when we got there , we tried other mattresses, we felt like we had no other choice but to select another mattress. So when we selected another mattress, he then asked us to pay $300 more. He never mentioned once before we drove there that he'd charge us more. He only said come try the mattress and we'll deliver it the same day. I left crying because I faced such a complicated drive during the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy to fix this issue but he was a total scam and a very greedy person. I have sent his company's information to business bureau now to help me get this issue resolved. I don't want any other customer to face this issue like I did therefore posted a review for a full warning. A mattress is something you sleep on for years and decades.
