He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work. He was done and in about 30 minutes and had the door back on the hinges. I am very happy with my choice and Chuck's workmanship. I would highly recommend his work.

It had become very hard to fully open and lock was hard to engage. Decided it was time to call for service, and called Emerson at about 5:00 P.M. His response was he could be at my house between 6:00 and 7:00 P.M. that day to give me an estimate. He arrived about 7:00 P.M.
