First, let me say that I am extremely fussy as to who we hire to do repairs to our home. Realizing that a new roof is expensive and important to the integrity of our home, I heavily vetted six roofers including BFARR Roofing. I found BFARR on the GAF web site as one of their Certified Contractors with GAF Master Elite status, and President's Club Awards. I called BFARR and they responded immediately. Brian Douek was on time, professional, and really knew his stuff. He took pictures via drone and took a look in the attic. It was refreshing to find someone so thorough. And, he made it clear that he really wanted our business. Our two story home has many peaks and angles. We thought the job would take at least a week and were preparing ourselves for the noise and intrusion. The job only took two days! What a relief! Before we knew it, the gutters, gutter guards, and downspouts were done, too. After the install we had a few questions and Brian was here immediately to answer them. We got our entire 2 story, multi level, multi surface roof replaced, including much plywood. Brian San Pedro was with us from start to finish, answering questions, making recommendations based on our wants and needs. He helped us select the most gorgeous roof! We get compliments from strangers! He made sure the install was done on time, quickly and safely. There were no delays, no unexpected issues popped up, we found not a single nail to harm our dogs or grandkids! Our pool was protected as well as our new windows and there was no damage to our grass. Brian W and his crew did a great job with our roofing project! Everything happened in the time we were told and everything went very smoothly. We were constantly kept informed of what was happening and what would happen next and it all went as we were told. I live right next to one of BFARR's recent builds and was seriously impressed watching the whole process. The crew was super professional and everything ran really smoothly. We had our roof replaced a couple of months ago. We couldn't be happier! The work started about 3 weeks from signing and it was done in 2 days. The quality of the shingles were amazing. They came then left the place in pristine condition. They were also always available even after the installation. They gave us a very competitive price for the whole package.
