A gentleman puts a hot bowl of acetone in front of me to soak off my previous nail polish then brings a paper towel for me to try and get it off myself. I got tired of waiting so i paid for removing my nail polish and left. They sent me a survey asking for my feedback and you can see their very professional response below. I am based in San Antonio, but when I am home, I am so busy. What I have found that if I do an overnight in Laredo, this is the perfect place for me to catch up on some grooming....like my nails!
