I can go to Total Wine and get a six pack of Montauk Brewing Company Summer Ale cheaper than at the actual brewery. Crazy right? And that is the problem. They local folks are saying the big box stores (The Man in other words) are forcing them to sell their beer at a low price so the man can make money. Listen, I don't know the economics, I wanna drink craft beer! One of the Local to Locals spots is Westbury Beverage Center. Westbury Beverage Center is loaded with craft beer! You want some funky IPA? They have it, Westbury Beverage Center has an arsenal of beer for your perusal. I've been hearing a buzz about the Milkshake IPA. I hate IPA beer but trust me, after one sip it is the real deal. What's not the real deal? A 4 pack is $17 bucks. Expensive? HELL YES! Are the locals making money? Alas, the can of Grimm Afterimage I was hoping to grab was nowhere in sight. The counter help was helpful and the owner told me he would be rotating some cans from his Bellmore store, including some Other Half, so stop back in (which I will gladly do).

Too bad the selection of kosher for passover wines was not that good. They did have a huge wine and liquor selection and I probably would go back again for that. But as far as kosher for passover wine I am sorry but won't be coming back at that time of year. If you are in the need of liquor or regular wine they seem to have a huge selection and a staff that is more than willing to help. If I go again in the future I will gladly rerate the stars. For now I give them 3 stars as they did not have a good selection of passover wine.

Now imma keep it really 100 wit yall, your boy aint really know about wines, like not even a F+, so when I walked up in the piece and saw the aisles of straight up variety and choice, your boy broke out in a small sweat, you kno, wipe it off wit the back of my palms. But i realized when i looked down, there was a helpful helper, like one a dem santas helpers or somethin, ready to school me like she was the mugsy bogues of the wine game. Before you know it, it was pinot this, grigio that, chardonnay this, noir that, cabernet this, zinfandel that, and by the end of it, i swear, your boy was paul giamatti in sidewayz. All in all, your boy came through with the cakebread sauvignon blanc and the wifey was getting swurvin with her curvin, and honestly, like belly to the ground, hands behind my back, i couldn't have done it without the selection and help at Fine Wines and Spirits.
