This place is full of hidden gems if your a thrifter looking for something unique, affordable, special, or maybe just downright hilarious you may just find it here! It's loaded with various clothes and shoes for all ages and sizes, household items, books, and Christmas/seasonal items as well! The person who heads up the store is fabulous, and so kind! All the staff members were very helpful, and want to see you leave with exactly what your looking for. When you enjoy talking to the staff just as much as you enjoyed the actual shopping experience, you have found a truly special combo! I am so grateful we had the privilege of supporting a local non-profit that helps those in need! It is a great place to shop for the holidays or for any day of the week really! She needs to learn more from her partner Sheila who is the polar opposite and is pleasant, courteous and helpful. Helen needs to learn customer service or get out of it! If you go here, ask for Sheila and avoid Helen at all cost. The shop is small but packed full of clothing. A little pricy but they do serve familys in need. It's a real shame if a needy family has to suffer through Helen's bad attitude to get assistance.

This cause is especially near and dear to my heart, as I have an aging Senior Boston Terrier myself and her name is Maggie. I am multiply disabled and Maggie is my registered Service Dog. Sadly, Maggie is retiring as my Service Dog as she is ready for her Golden Years, at this time in her life she typically spends her days (and nights!) resting relaxing, sleeping, and then more sleeping! Let me attest to the sad truth that caring for a Senior dog comes with many challenges and much heartache. My "baby girl" Miss Maggie Moo Mcpiggles has sadly gone both deaf and blind at this stage of her life. I often think about what my life will be like when she passes away, and I no longer have her in my life, and it frequently breaks my heart. I've also personally experienced having close friends and family in my life who avoid spending time with Maggie at this point, as seeing Maggie aging and becoming multiply disabled is far too painful for them to endure. I know in my heart that I am truly blessed with the gift of being able to care for my elderly dog Maggie at this stage in her life, when she needs me the very most. Sadly, some individuals aren't able to care for their elderly dogs due to time constraints, lack of resources, perhaps that cannot afford the expensive veterinary costs associated with caring for an aging dog. These individuals may be disabled in such a way, or perhaps elderly themselves and at a stage in their lives where they be experiencing extreme fatigue, financial hardship, debilitating illnesses, in their lives that make caring for their elderly dog truly impossible for them to manage. Whatever the case may be, these vulnerable dogs, with so much love left to give, are often abandoned, surrendered to animal shelters, or surrendered to animal rescues. It's heart breaking to realize that these Senior dogs are rarely adopted out into a loving, supportive forever home at this stage in their lives. Senior Dog Sanctuaries, such as the Mona Pants Foundation, truly make the world a better place. They provide so many amazing and deserving Senior dogs with a warm, loving, caring, and comfortable home, where they can go to live in peace, joy, and happiness for the remainder of their lives. They provide delicious food and veterinary care to these Senior dogs who would otherwise be euthanized or much worse, left to suffer and die alone in excruciating pain. Please know that your love and support, via liking, sharing, reviewing, and otherwise spreading the word about these organizations on social media, Yelp, Google, TrustPilot, Facebook, etc. all make a significant impact. You can also show your support by choosing to volunteer your time, by donating funds, by donate belongs, by donating a vehicle, by donating pet food and pet supplies (to support the resources needed when caring for these animals), by fostering an animal, really any way you are able to help these animals by supporting organizations, such as The Mona Pants Foundation, truly makes the World a better place, by improving and saving the lives of so many animals in need. Since these animals often go on to assist and even save the lives of individuals in need (such as in the cases of our K9 Firefighter and K9 Officers) your support truly succeeds in saving all lives!
