Customers have every right to file a complaint. It was being brushed off by management. I am glad you were finally there for me to speak to. Tim was quick to answer my phone call, answer my questions, and after I sent my email with the design for the poster, he got back to me quickly with pricing. Overall, the turn around time felt fast, I ordered Monday and picked up by Thursday AM. I am sure you can get faster if needed. And the pricing felt fair! When I went to pick up, I got to meet Tim and that's always nice. I also got to meet their sweet greeter - a little pup and all she wanted was her belly rubbed. I could have stayed there all day.
