The service is great, all pastries/ snacks are made fresh in house. The coffee is great but their matcha is unmatched. You can't beat the quality of the matcha and how well it is prepared. If you are a student this is a great place to study as well with good seating, outlets, free WiFi and calm ambiance.

Honestly, this is my new favorite coffee place in Morgantown. Every drink has been an absolute hit. I definitely prefer the banana latte and the pistachio. Both are a great mix of sweet creaminess and fresh espresso. The sweets also look great. I went three times in the five days I was in town! Cannot wait to visit again.

New coffee spot in Morgantown. I feel like I am saying that a lot about coffee spots in my reviews. I guess that's a good thing for Morgantown!! There is a unique Phin coffee experience that you can get but I don't like cold coffee so I didn't order it. The coffee i ordered was barely warm and flavor was ok. I'll try this place again but wasn't impressed on the 1st visit. The baked goods were looking good though. Service was slow with 2 workers and only me and 1 other customer.

First time at Noble was a great experience. Barista was very helpful in choosing a drink on a cold winter day. Their seemed to be plenty of seating and a nice cozy environment for work/study. My drink, a salted brown sugar oat milk latte was soooo creamy and delicious! Would 100% go again!

WOW what a selection! Pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, brownies... not to mention the drinks. Teas, boba, Vietnamese coffees and regular coffees. The drinks we tried were super delicious. Friendly and knowledgeable team who were happy to explain the various drinks and pastries. Warm and welcoming vibes. Must try!

This has became my favorite coffee shop in Morgantown. The sea salt coffee single handily has become my favorite coffee drink ever. The treats + drinks are incredible and I can't get over how phenomenal the sea salt coffee is (as pictured). I can't recommend this place enough! Every friend that I end up bringing here ends up falling in love and asking if we can go back. The employees are extremely warm and attentive, and it's the perfect cozy environment to grab a quick bite, meet up with friends or work. Truly 1000/10

It's great to have a bakery place where all the food choices are not loaded with sugar. Love it

The town itself has that perfect mountain-arts vibe--historic brick buildings, quiet streets, and a steady flow of hikers, skiers, and road-trippers--and TipTop fits right into that rhythm. The shop is cozy and unpretentious, the kind of café where the warmth from the espresso machine and the conversations around the room cut through the mountain chill. It feels local in the best way--welcoming without trying too hard. But the real highlight is the coffee. The cup I had was excellent: clean, balanced, and clearly prepared by people who care about the craft. It had the kind of clarity and sweetness that stands out, especially when you're used to road-trip coffee stops that are just "good enough." This was genuinely memorable. If you're passing through the Canaan Valley / Blackwater Falls area or chasing powder at Timberline or Canaan Valley Resort, TipTop Coffee is absolutely worth the stop. It's proof that even in a small Appalachian ski town, you can still find a cup that would hold its own in much bigger coffee cities. A mountain gem.

Wanting to share that above sandwich, was handed a "butter knife" and told they could not cut it. Hmm, how did they slice that bagel in kitchen? Served only in a leaky paper sleeve, was told there were no plates. But saw them sitting clean on shelf. Paper cup, no mug. But I could buy a handcrafted mug, for $60. They had chocolate bars: $10 for 2 oz, made in yes, Brooklyn. (Did I not chose to travel to WV?) TT trying hard to be hipster. Later visited Happy and More bakery/cafe one block down. Friendly, cozy, coffee was $1.50 less AND free refill. Nice homemade baked goods. Cafe is well-named.
