I called and returned my laptop which they kept for over a week saying it wouldn't do that for them (freezing or disappearing mouse), I picked it up once again, got home and am having the same issue. I called once again and spoke to someone who told me they would speak to the Manager and call me back on Monday (I had called on Friday). Today is the following Thursday and I STILL have not heard from them at all! I think they have really gone downhill. Perhaps because the main guy has now taken on IT Services for businesses leaving us home owned laptop/computer users in the dust. Very unfortunate. I need to find a new computer fixer, Ugh!
