I went in thinking this was a professional business hoping for the best but was scammed by their mechanic Brett heil, this business is beyond shady. While My boat sat for 5 weeks they took it for a joy ride without permission, damaged my electronics by leaving the power on while it sat for 4 weeks and charged me 300$ in "labor" for that, I originally brought it in for an oil leak and estimate on another repair. Their "contract" is in size 1 font on a barely legible iPad they keep behind the counter so they can hold it over your head when they mess up by saying "you signed the contract". When I called to make an appointment on the phone they said it would be about 2-3 weeks out, when I arrived with my boat to their dealership they then said it will now be 4-5 weeks out. I should had known something was up as any good tech wouldn't have boats just sitting around for months. They did not fix the oil leak, then waited until I showed to pick it up to tell me it would only be about 75$ in parts to fix the problem I actually came for. To sum it up they charge for services that were not requested without permission and then held my keys for a ransom all while feeling justified because I signed their contract, I'm pretty sure that is illegal but he knew what he was doing. The amount is not worth getting a lawyer involved and I think they know that, they got over on me with a smile. My boat is still not fixed, I didn't have it for 5 weeks as I assumed this business would do what they said they would and did not, then to get it back in worse condition than I dropped it off (dirty, dead batteries, burnt out radio I now have to replace) and to have to pay for it is beyond wrong and purely disrespectful. Avoid this business at all costs as they do not care about you and are happy to hire mechanics that screw off hours you will pay for. read more

My boat has been in their repair shop for 6 weeks. Everytime we call, no one knows nothing about the boat. Today we called, service guy is out with Covid: and apparently hasn't written any notes on the boat, no one knows what to do. Right now, they have spent $500 on it, are holding my boat ransom, and the boat isn't fixed. We are NOT happy! Unfortunately, they are the only boat repair in Leesburg. Took my boot in as I spun the prop hub. Asked for it to be repaired and to go ahead and change the fuel filter etc. Told me it would be two weeks, but left it with them. Called a week later as I had some friends coming in to fish and was told it was not a spun prop hub. Decided to pick the boat up. Marked the prop with nail polish and backed it up with two chisel marks. Took it out on the water under a load and guess what, spun prop. Took it to Homosassa Propeller, bought a new one while the used one is being repaired, yep, boat is running normal now. By the way, you left my cowling unlatched from my outboard and the door to my cuddy open. Don't have a clue why you would even need to be in there. If you are interested in purchasing a boat or services of any kind and you are the Crystal River area, I highly recommend you look no further than Noble Marine. Last Saturday morning, my youngest adult daughter, visiting from Texas and I visited Noble Marine because my fish finder would not turn on. Within seconds of our arrive, I was warmly greeted salesmen, both name Brian. I was immediately disappointed when tall Brian informed us that their maintenance shop was not opened. The Brians could have easily sent us on or way, but they did something you rarely hear of anymore. Tall Brain, asked what our problem was and I explained that I thought I needed to replace a fuse leading to my fish finder. Without hesitation that nearly gave me whiplash, both Brian's were at my boat helping us identifying the problem. Unfortunately, the issue was not a fuse, but the Brians continued to help us identify the problem even though neither of them were boat mechanic. After more than an hour and half of assistance, the Brian's got my fish finder working, and I could not have done it without them. Their professionalism and dedication are an example of what's lacking in many businesses today. I live in Ocala, about an hour away and Noble Marine has a new loyal customer. read more

WARNING! Do not waste time or money with Nobles! They don't stand by anything & don't care if your life is endangered because of their neglect! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! After spending so much on the boat we didn't have the funds to fix it right away. Plus I feel we were lied to as the power heads should have been checked prior to purchasing. Once we said to go ahead with the repairs, it still took well over 6weeks from July-Oct 15th the boat was at Nobles. Finally was fixed on Saturday Oct 15th we picked up the boat & were set to finally go fishing Monday the 17th. Sunday while getting the boat prepared & running the engines an alarm was going off. Instead of leaving at 6am Monday as planned we returned to Nobles to check said alarm since supposedly we ignored an alarm the first time when the power head blew. We were told it was a loose connection & to go fish & have fun. Once at pier & boat was in the water, start engines & again an alarm, so we called Jake & he came to pier to check it out again. Again, we were told it was nothing, go fishing....so out we go! The 2nd time we had the boat in the water since purchase began the end of May! We get out about 15-18 miles , first stop we make we anchor, the boat engine seem a little low. Water starts coming over transom more so than flowing out. We cast maybe 2-3 times & look down & we're standing in the back of the boat in ankle deep water. Life jacket are grabbed & on try to start boat & radio for help, try to start engines, but water is pouring in too fast to complete any task & in less than 30seconds the boat sank! There we were stranded, no destress call got out, no time to grab flares, the 3 of us stranded in 22+feet of water in the Gulf of Mexico! Our lives in danger because of a boat that obviously had some issue that we should have known about! Praise God there was a boat 1 1/2 miles away & with seas less than 2ft we were able to tie ourselves together & swim 1/2 way until they heard our cries for help! We lost all our belongings, but thank God we have our lives & our 6 children still have their parents! Once back in shore my husband & his brother returned to Nobles w/empty trailer. They asked why the empty trailer, where's the boat & they explain what happened. First they thought they were kidding, then were like oh that's too bad! REALLY!! Then Diane comes & asks same question, gets the answer & says "well you're all dry now, what did you do go home & shower first!" WHAT!!! REALLY!!! No apology, no sympathy from the stress of us all almost loosing our lives just "good thing it's insured, once you get it sorted out & get the money come back & visit & we'll get you set up"!!! WHAT!!! Are you serious?!? Saturday Oct 15th we paid $2803 for a repair we shouldn't have been responsible for because our 1st trip it should have broke & our 2nd trip it sinks!!! Now we're out that almost $3000 because obviously the alarm sounding was more than a "system check" as we were told! Jake explained what happened to the boat while it sat at Nobles for 3 months there. They forgot to take the plug out, so during the 2 hurricanes & numerous summer thunder storms & rain all that water remained in the boat & it filled w/water! He showed us the batteries that blew up & were replaced because of them being underwater for so many months, but no one was smart enough to look at the hoses of the live well to see that they cracked from being under & all the water was pouring in the boat where we couldn't see it! None of this was told to us until after the fact that our lives were in danger! Unfortunately insurance said we can't recover our $2803 back from them because the boat is only insured for the purchase price! We will never return to that business nor would we EVER send anyone there to purchase anything! No remorse, no sympathy for our lives, just money hungry regardless of safety of lives! Numerous attempts have been made by our lawyer who will now file a claim in the court as they have not attempted to respond to these allegations! We only want our $3000k back! Could sue for so much more seeing we could have lost our lives because of them! read more

We bought a boat a few yrs ago. New, expensive. It needed work before we could take it home, the motor didn't start right up. They had it in the shop for over a month. What a waste. When it finally went into the water, it continually over heated and stalled. Brand new boat mind you. From day one it never worked correctly. Then, Diane went up and beyond to order my Mako 214 CC to spec. Help me with changes to order I didn't think of at the time. Then set me up with financing, and got me a rate better than Mako's preferred lender.
