We pulled into Castaways Resort on Saturday and set up and found we had a major power issue with no AC in just our third time out in our trailer and the temps were in the 90's. Kevin returned our call from the airport he had just landed at saying he would be there at Sunday before noon as he had a repair ahead of us. He called us twice more to keep us informed of his arrival and arrived shortly past noon. Proceeded to troubleshoot our issue as it was appearing our power converter was bad. He proceeded to check all wiring before it and discovered the supply plug on the side of trailer had been cracked and the wires were loose. Replaced that part and our problem was resolved saving us a ton of money. Kevin displayed outstanding customer service and was prompt and efficient. He kept us informed in all aspects of the project and when done went through and made sure all electrical connections were tight and secure. Words can't express our gratitude for his service and professionalism and for putting our vacation back on track. He deserves a 10 star rating. His pricing was fair and reasonable. We were at Castaways camping and plugged into the power pedestal and the plug arched. The power was on in some areas of the camper and off in others.The park said it was our unit having problems.Monday I called Island Breezes and Kevin came to our campsite.He quickly found that a problem existed with the power pedestal ground or neutral.He then troubleshot the power problems in the camper when a proper hookup was had.He fixed all the problems found and spent three days doing it.He is very knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend him for any RV problems. read more

We were camping at castaways on an incredibly hot week. Our AC unit lost its Freon and due to their construction the unit could not be charged.
