Any, and every, time my furnace went out, they were here within a couple of hours and fixed the problem the same day. The last time a repairman was here, I mentioned that I was thinking about shopping around for a new company, because I thought their hourly rate and service charge was too high. I am a Happy Lady this morning, I had my Mitsubishi Heating and Cooling Unit installed . I have a…read moresingle wide manufactured home with a Add a room the size of the home that has been cold since I bought the place going on two years ago now . I tried everything . Last night I turned off all the Electric base board heaters ,and set my new unit to keep my whole place warm for the night . I woke this morning, and it was warm !!!! so happy the whole place was warm ! Yes its warming out side but the mornings are always cold in that add a room . This is how the job went . I called Noco when I decided to spend the money and stop complaining about the cold place I had bought. JUMP in and spend!! it its worth it , And the people at Noco the best . I got an appointment for the next week to have it done . They came, it took a few hours , they finished that day . I am so happy with the unit and the Men that installed it . Even The service man came to check on the installers and how the job was going. His name is Dave, My Installers were Dave, and Andrew . My sales person was so informative, The Best ! His name is Steve. He also came to check the project. I couldn't praise them any more the 5 stars ? But I would have !!!!!Great Company! Had an HVAC issue on July 3rd in the evening. Called these guys and promptly received a call back…read more Although the gentleman on call couldn't make it over there that day, they had someone call back the next morning and arrive by afternoon, which was July 4th. The service fee wasn't egregious for it being July 4th. The problem was as suspected, a capacitor that was shot. They had one on the truck they could swap it out with. The only qualm I had was they charged like $380 for the part, when it's $40 or so at Home Depot. Just seems like a little heavy on the upmark, but with it being July 4th; I was just grateful to get the A/C fixed. Good communication; recommended! Parts were a little pricey.
