He also attempted to see if my unit was repairable instead of suggesting to replace my entire system.... other HVAC companies did not take the time to inspect my unit like Aleksandr did! He was very honest and straight forward. Unfortunately my unit was not repairable due what my previous installer removing the serial and product number and this was done by my previous installer to prevent me from claiming warranty which is why I stress the importance of getting a quality hvac installer.
