After that, we took my hair down and the stylist said "ewuu"! And then stated "she wasn't comfortable with me in her chair" and told me to reschedule with someone else. I left there in tears today. I was told my stylist was going to be out for a while and the woman who called became very pushy about having me see a different stylist, which I did not appreciate. I think it's very inappropriate to push someone into seeing a different person than the one who was requested. I asked multiple times if the stylist no longer worked their because that is the only reason I can think of for pushing so hard to get me to see someone else. After making it very clear that I would wait for the stylist to return, after being told repeatedly that she did still work there, I never got a call back when she "returned". I wouldn't recommend going to a salon that will lie to you to try to keep getting your money, instead of allowing you the opportunity to stay with the stylist you are happy with. I assume the owner thinks that's the best way to keep clients in the salon, personally, I disagree.
