My only bummer was that I paid for a drone to film our wedding day (mainly hoping to surprise my future husband with a drone during our wedding as he LOVES them) only to find out that they likely used stock footage for our video as we didn't see a drone all day and the footage of our venues didn't have any of the furniture we had outside for the cocktail hour or images that showed it was actually from our wedding day - which is fine, I just wish they had clarified so I didn't tell him there would be a surprise on the wedding day and I would have been looking forward to it. Overall, they were very easy to work with and did a great job, but make sure you read your contract fully if you add things on as I didn't clarify and was a bit let down.

It was wonderful and so easy to work with them! We went to a few places that were special to us to capture the video. Charles and Kristine got so many great shots and did a beautiful job directing us. My husband and I are both very awkward and never know what to do in front of a camera, but they were able to work with us and help us out. They went the extra mile to get the shots they needed. The audio in the background was just as amazing! We told them what style of music we like, and they picked the PERFECT song for the video. I also thought our voiceovers from the interview part were going to be awkward, but they put in the best parts of the audio clips, and it all flowed beautifully with the film. Throughout the entire process, Doug was nothing short of wonderful-- he was always prompt and professional in his responses, and demonstrated incredible flexibility as our wedding date and vision were drastically changed. Not Atrin Studio, no no! What we got from them was rude and condescending for no reason. After these messages were sent we were blocked and they proceeded to then attack one of my wife's bridesmaids via text. For clarity: Our venue became unavailable last year during our desired date due to a scheduling conflict with the venue. We were far enough out from our wedding that we were able to reschedule for the same date the following year(2024) and let the other booked party take the venue for 2023. However we lost our jobs in January of this year and had to cancel in entirety. This is unacceptable behavior. Do better. Edit to address the owner: You were EXPRESSLY asked, when we had to reschedule the first time, if you wanted us to pay an additional deposit. You said NO. You did not, AT ANY POINT, tell us that you were booked for this year. While loss of income in 2023 is our fault and we SAID AS MUCH, you canceling two dates this year is on YOU not us. We are not in control of when somebody decides to lay us off. FOR THE RECORD, and it's right there in the text, we ARE sympathetic that our actions last year cost you. We are sympathetic with you losing money BECAUSE WE DON'T CURRENTLY MAKE ANY. Try and spin this however you wish, you were in the wrong for acting unprofessional in this exchange.
