I came in there and dropped a couple hundred on a bunch of stuff from this dude and he up sold me on a 40 dollar blazer torch that blew up on me within 3 days and I called some little intoxicated individual up there who told me to keep calling and coming to the store to track down Adam the owner to try and get my money back or even one of the little cheap torches within the window the state of Illinois allows for refund and all they did was avoid me and get belligerent with me because Adam isn't suppose to get bothered with this type of thing according to him. I left voicemails looking for the owner until they literally told me to stop calling which is what I was told to do in the first place. I took the same business course as this guy with Mr. Stevenson and it's obvious Adam learned nothing. And THIS is what you get for buying locally Taylorville. I will be submitting my triple BBB complaint in writing now. Along with my call and voicemail logs and your employee's dialogue. You're very much in violation. I'm not even concerned about the 40 bucks. I dab out every day. I bought a new torch in an hour of his breaking lol the fact is if I'm screwed out of money that's fine but it won't happen again. I will see to it that you get screwed on your triple B rating as well as reviews. You deleted my Google review (and probably every other negative review on there since you're rated a 4 star business on there) but you can't delete reviews on here. People you have been warned. And like I said my cheap gas station torch worked 12 years but this full blown blazer lasted a full 2 days with lite use? This stuff is probably off of Amazon return crates or something. We chose a specific delivery date so it could get to the birthday girl on her actual birthday. Unfortunately, we found out the flowers were delivered on the wrong day without a card and none of the flowers were bloomed :( This upset me because the arrangement and shipping fees were about $80. I 100% understand certain flower shortages right now but would have just appreciated the heads up! We didn't have a strong preference on the type of flower, we just wanted something bright and beautifully bloomed to give. Long story short, the representative I talked to (not the owner, I forgot her name) made it right! She was kind and wanted to do what she could. I asked if they could please send something small and bloomed to the birthday girl on her actual birthday with a proper card and they did! The second small arrangement was absolutely gorgeous with a pretty bow. Such great customer service and I recommend them if you're looking to send flowers in this area.

My dads pharmacy also carries gifts and cards for special occasions including candles, dish-ware, jewelry, perfume and cologne, and decor for the home. There are always sales going on along with frequent grab bags and end of the season sales.
