My Turkish rug is 12x15, and I took it to be cleaned and have a hole repaired. In about 3 weeks…read moretime, it was nicely patched, cleaned and ready for pickup. He had it spread out in the showroom so that I could examine it. Nicely done! I'll be returning soon with a second rug.

If I could give this horrible excuse for a business 0 stars I would. They don't take credit cards…read morewhich no one told me until they called to tell me the rugs were ready. I paid $85 for 2, approximately, 5x8 rugs to be cleaned. They had spent a year in Iraq getting very dusty and then another several months laid upon by my dog. They came back still covered in dog hair but they smelled ok so it was an improvement. I laid them both out to vacuum them and after vacuuming the undersides I started to roll them back up and found the most disgusting, thick layer of gray dirt on my floor! We swept it all up and estimated that there was easily about 1/2 a cup! I knew my rugs were dirty but THAT'S WHY I BROUGHT THEM IN TO BE CLEANED!! When I called to ask for a refund we were told we would get one without hesitation, so we rolled them back up and packed them on our moving truck to be moved 2 days later. 8 hours later he called back to refuse the refund unless he could see the rugs - and even then he wouldn't refund the money but re-clean them. I explained that they were already packed deep inside the truck and we had to leave town in 2 days, but I had photos. He absolutely refused to even look at the photos. So, I am left with 2 FILTHY rugs and am $85 poorer. DO NOT trust these people to "wash" your rugs! Go to Dombourian Oriental Rugs instead! They are a bit more expensive but take about 2 weeks to thoroughly clean, dry and stretch them. If I hadn't waited until the last minute I would have taken mine there in the first place. I had this love, hate relationship with Ollie's because they do not keep the same products in stock…read morefor long but I've come to learn that they're a liquidator, and many items are often there on a temporary basis. While, I'm not a regular shopper here, I do like to walk around and catch some great finds at great prices when I do visit. I initially went there for coffee because the price of coffee in grocery stores is up there with the price of gas and beef under the 2.0 Orange Man in the Oval. Although I don't care for or own a Keurig machine, I bought these pods for the price: 80 for $25. I just cut open the lid and pour the grounds into the filter, let it brew and call it a day. This store didn't have any regular ground coffee only tons of K-pods. First time trying Entenmann's coffee, in fact, I didn't know they made coffee, (although it makes sense because they started out making pastries) but these flavors are amazingly good!! I love the maple pecan so far. They also have cinnamon apple, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon crumb cake - 20 pods each. Very bold and rich despite the setting on my Cafe Specialty Drip Maker, I always select the gold and not bold. You will indeed get a caffeine rush with a nice aroma with each sip. I will say, they do have some unusual food items like pistachio milk and salt and vinegar pickled eggs!! I remember pickled eggs back in the day but the brine was reddish in color. Not sure what's in here but I'll pass. I haven't tried the pistachio milk yet but I bought it for my coffee....hoping it's good for only $0.99.
