This company has gone downhill the past few years. I had my…read morenewish furnace serviced in sept. The guys came with coffee and left within half an hour. I did not hear them vacuum anything as in previous years. Come dec I was having issues with my furnace so called them up,sent 2 guys again( which is totally uncalled for) couldn't find an issue blah blah jump ahead a few weeks,they finally actually CLEANED the furnace which they should of done months ago and said well here's your problem it's full of cat hair!!! This bulls#$@ cost us over $800. After dealing with them for over 20 yrs never again!!! Groucho on the phone actually makes you feel guilty for calling. It's all about the money now!!! Sending 2 guys to make double the money,no thanks! Never again ,you have lost a valued customer!!!!!!!!
