One of the springs on our garage door broke so I searched for a local garage door company and found Nolze. From my first phone call to the last visit was nothing but pleasurable. They came when they said they would, fixed our door and was very reasonable. Very pleasant and professional. They tested our door and all was good. The next day, the door would open but would not go down without holding the inside control button down. I called Nolze and explained the situation but had to leave a message. Within 10 minutes, they called me back. Roy said he would be out to check on the door and opener. In the meantime, the door corrected itself (?). When Roy came out I explained the opener was working. Roy and his son checked everything out just to be sure they didn't miss anything. Fast, reliable, helpful and informative! Had an issue with our garage door not shutting all the way. Called up and Roy was able to stop by the same day to fix the issue. He recommended we also get new springs and pulleys in order to stop the shimmying of the garage door on the way up and down. He had somewhere to go, but a couple hours later two of his guys were able to come back and fix it. Works like brand new! Also, was very helpful in giving a quote if we wanted to replace our garage doors in the future. Very honest in saying we had a few years left on our doors and didn't need to be relaxed right away.
