    This place is now horrible. We had been happy customers of Tire Choice Auto Service Centers…read more(formerly McGee Auto Service & Tires) at 2400 N. Capital Circle NE for at least 15 years, and we had purchased our last two sets of tires for our car there. However, in the past few years, we have noticed a sharp decline in customer service and service quality. We used to always get a record of our free tire rotation for our files, but on several occasions, we've asked for a service record and not been given one, and on one of those times the staff issued a rude, flat refusal for one. But more troubling is what happened on two subsequent visits. On the first of these occasions, one of the service staff informed us that our brake pads were down to 1 mm of usable surface and needed immediate attention, which struck us as odd as our vehicle had had brake work done at our dealer within the last year. So, when we took our vehicle back to the dealer to have the brakes checked, they informed us the brake pads in fact were fine and still had 6 mm of usable surface left. The second occasion, when we brought our vehicle in for a tire rotation in October 2025, was more serious. Our purchase records for the tires had been deleted from their system, but they agreed to do the rotation. However, we were then informed that the tires were too old to rotate, so they would not perform the service. What's worse though, is the service technician had already taken all the wheels off of the car and did not put them back in the correct location on the passenger side of the vehicle (it's an all-wheel-drive car and the wheels must be put back in the correct positions). And unbeknownst to us at the time, the service tech had also cross-threaded four of the lug nuts (two each on two different wheels) when re-installing them. We then had to go to our dealer to replace the four studs and four lug nuts, just so we could get the new tires installed on our vehicle. This cost us more than $150 out of pocket and a lot of lost time. So naturally we are quite dissatisfied by the substandard service we have received, and when we contacted the parent company (Monro) customer service department, it took 4 months to get an answer back regarding our claim. Turns out they denied us any restitution for the labor, new studs, and damaged lug nuts that needed to be replaced. Pretty shoddy all around. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

I called and spoke with Darrell who stayed after closing time to make sure my daughter's tire was taken care of. Awesome service.

After services were completed, I paid and left. I called back by the end of November due to my coolant light coming back on, so I contacted the business letting them know the light was on and that was something they were supposed to address in November. I had someone check the windshield wiper fluid it was low. I went back to business they put fluids in the car. In March my check oil light came on and my car hadn't even reached the numbers that they post on the sticker on windshield top left corner. I had someone check the oil and it was below the minimum mark. I did not notice any leaks or oil on the ground. I felt by me being a woman they took advantage of me and didn't service my car at all, but took my payment. I will not be going back.

    Completely unacceptable experience with Tallahassee Ford and the final straw for me as a customer…read more I scheduled my vehicle for service in advance and used their valet pickup service for 9:30 a.m. from the parking garage where I work. I gave detailed pickup and return instructions and made sure they had my correct phone number. My vehicle was picked up on time and I watched it arrive at the dealership through their tracking app. After that, I received no call, no text, and no update for hours. At 2:30 p.m., I had to call them myself only to find out they had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. I was asked when it was dropped off and what it was there for, even though THEY picked it up through THEIR valet service and my appointment was already scheduled. I was then told the valet driver did not properly check the car in. That is still no excuse. My appointment was on the schedule, and any organized service department should have figured out why a scheduled customer vehicle was sitting there untouched all day. They also tried to blame having the wrong phone number, which was false. I gave my number when I booked, to the valet driver, and again to the manager. No one chose to call me. I asked multiple times to speak with the owner and got excuse after excuse why he could not come to the phone. To make it worse, they returned my vehicle to the wrong parking garage, so after work I had to walk multiple garages trying to find my own car. After having my vehicle from 9:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., they completed absolutely no service. This is the third issue I have had with this dealership. I will not be back and will be taking my business elsewhere.
