Jose is an excellent tech who can be trusted to troubleshoot and tackle your issues. I'd trust him with any RV, but he's got a direct link to Airstream, which is a huge plus. You may not always like the news you'll get, but you can count on them to take care of you and your RV, with integrity. I've always taken my rig into their shop, but they also offer mobile service if you can't get to them.

This farmhand was a Godsend to me walking me thru the burial and memorial service for my daughter. This RV company came out in mid-March to replace the water heater and refrigerator. He had business markings on his truck, fixed a sink while he was here and gave us a quote to order parts. We did something really stupid. We trusted this guy and paid for both parts up front. Over $2000 paid to order parts with a tentative install date on the calendar. That date came and went. Rescheduled over 10 times. A month passes, two months pass. We were gracious and flexible but finally told him if he rescheduled us again we would assume this was a scam. He said it wasn't his fault his truck was in the shop but he would give us our money back. We called the shop he named who confirmed our fear, his truck wasn't ever in the shop. Then our refund never came. I emailed him earlier this week that he had until today at 5pm then we would begin to pursue legal action. I will post screenshots of this company in comments for two reasons, one to warn anyone else before they are scammed and two to ask for your help! Before I spend a bunch a time, that I should be spending on my kids and animals, to start a legal journey can you help us get his attention! We found Jerry was able to install a replacement toilet the next day. It wasn't an easy job. The first new toilet he brought from the supplier was found broken when the box was opened on site. He quickly arranged for and procured another toilet and stayed late to finish the installation. Jerry is a patient, skilled technician.
