The front office staff was very good at explaining cost & insurance coverage of my treatment once I was seen & before treatment started. The assistants are knowledgeable in their profession & very kind, compassionate & helpful. The dentists listen to your concerns, explain everything & answer any questions you may have about your treatment. You will be treated very well at this office! Highly recommend!

They told me they couldnt book my six month check up six months prior so I would need to call back…read moretwo months before I needed to be seen. I called back three months before I needed to be seen and they said they were booked 7 months out and I would need to call back in a few months. How does that make sense? Additionally, when my step dad tried to make an appointmen, they told him they weren't going to be able to get him in because they were booked too far out. Then he asked if his insurance made any difference and when they found out which insurance he had, they magically booked him for one week out.

Also, good luck reaching a live person to schedule an appointment or if you have questions, they use an AI named "Margo" to handle the phones for the office. The AI does not state whether the office is open or not when you call (I called several times during business hours on non-holiday weekdays), nor does it state the days/hours of operation. There are NO options to obtain more information nor to speak with a real person, you just have to leave your information with the bot and hope they check their messages and return your call. I was referred to this office from the VA's Community Care, but I would rather use the money I'm trying to save to replace my roof and make sure my dental issues are competently addressed. I can put tarps on the roof when it leaks, but I've only got one set of teeth and I darn well want to keep them!
