So, my friend and I drove into Caltagirone in the middle of a bad rain, and famished. It was almost…read moremid night and the hotel we checked into, called up this restaurant and asked him to keep it open. We go there, close to midnight and Mamma Mia!!!! I had the best Ravoli ever. Most of the ingredients, including the Olive oil, the herbs and the sauce were from the cook's backyard. The cheese was from a bakery near by and the cook made the pasta from scratch. Amazing food.
