She is very knowledgeable, seeming to be a sponge for information, remembering not only her training and schooling, but the patient's story as well. What I love about her is that fact that she listens to the patients, immediately understands and then addresses their concerns by providing a reasonable patient recovery and/or maintenance plan not only for athletes, but for all patients. Above all, she is super nice and really enjoys her job, which is refreshing. One last note - in February 2015 I injured my shoulder during a snowboarding accident resulting in an impingement resulting in zero mobility. Since I am a pilot, I needed to get back to work ASAP. I immediately called her office, she worked me in between patients, and I was able to have some movement within the first day of treatment. The next two days I returned to her for a more aggressive treatment and she obliged. Within 3 days, I was almost 100%. She saved me a lot of money because I was able to return to work. When calling to make an appointment, it's as if you are inviting yourself over for coffee and a chat, not a neck or back adjustment. They have this way making one feel as if they are part of that office. I've never had to wait to be seen. In fact, I've called a couple of times while in town and at the last minute called to see if they could fit me in while I was close by... They've always said 'Come on in...
