This is one of those dining experiences you wish you could actually add a sixth star too. The food was absolutely incredible. The black fungus, not the prettiest name in the world, was something I could actually eat everyday. The Shanghai noodles with extra noodles and chicken could not be beat. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Not wet and soupy butt moist and tasty. The chicken was shredded and blended in with the onions and the noodles to make every bite as flavorful as the last.
